Every piece is handmade with care, and we want you to love it. Because our products are personal-use hair accessories, hygiene rules shape what we can and can't accept. Please read this before you order.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order any time before it ships, free of charge and with no questions asked. Since we pack each order by hand, the sooner you tell us, the easier it is to stop it in time.

To cancel before shipping, do one of the following:

Open your account → order history, select the order, and request a cancellation while it is still pending or processing, or
Message us on WhatsApp at +20 100 796 4556 with your order number.

After your order has shipped

For hygiene reasons, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available once an order has shipped. Scrunchies, heatless curling accessories, and similar items are worn directly on the hair and against the skin and are intended for personal use, so they cannot be resold once they have left us. This protects the health and safety of every customer and is standard practice for personal hair and beauty accessories.

Please double-check your colour, size, and delivery address before placing your order. If you are unsure which piece to pick, message us first — we're happy to help you choose.

If something is wrong with your order

We stand behind our craft. If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or it is not what you ordered, this is on us, not you. Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or a fair resolution at no extra cost.

Refunds

Orders are Cash on Delivery or paid upfront by InstaPay. This means:

Cancel before shipping: if you chose Cash on Delivery, nothing is charged, because no payment is taken until delivery; if you paid by InstaPay, we refund your payment in full.
Faulty or wrong item:if you have already paid — the courier or by InstaPay — we will refund the affected item (or arrange a replacement) once we have confirmed the issue.

Not accepting a delivery

Because every order is made and packed by hand, please only order if you intend to receive it. Refusing delivery without cancelling first, or repeatedly not being reachable for delivery, may affect our ability to offer Cash on Delivery on future orders.
